I got this off of magic pots in Fei'yin. Now to just firgure out what the thing does!!!!
It's for a Norg quest called Black Market.

ok I dont know where to post this but this is the closest matched Item to what I got, I got a drop of "Eastern Paper" from a Yagudo Interrogator in Sauromauge Champaign its an EX item and the description says:
This high-quality paper has been made with advanced methods known only by those living in the Eastern Empire.

Eastern Paper is a different, unrelated item that was added with the Chains of Promathia expansion. It definitely drops from Yagudo Interrogators and Yagudo Heralds, and it's probably for a fetch-quest of some kind. Allakhazam hasn't added the item to the database yet, but keep watching for it. As for this pottery, my understanding is that it's used in crafting and can also be turned in for a quest for Tenshodo fame.

Got if off a drop in garliage citadels floor that you go inside before the banishing gates .. dropped off the magic pots <although thats not the name of them > but from the magic pot family type mob there
