Can this still drop or does Quu only drop the R/EX now or can both drop?
Sarutobi Kyahan are Quu Domi's new drop. He no longer drops the Fuma. They're likely in a ISNM, BCNM, or something similar, but I don't think they've been discovered yet.

OK I've camped this thing 3 times. (Each time for 3-4 hours) first time there was no one else there second time there were 4 people and the third time there was 1 person. Each time I camped it, I never saw it. I hate being so busy that I don't have enough time in game to do anything. <sigh> maybe I'll get lucky next time.

im lvl 63 NIN now and i still use Fumas, im not sure if i should keep using the fumas or use arhats sune ate not sure if thats the name... lolz anyway can someone tell me if its good to still be using these or am i using gimped shoes for my lvl lol

I brought these a while back and i was thinking to myself, "Having haste armor will lessen the recast time on Ninjutsu spells like Utsusemi correct?" Well, I, being curious and stuff, decided to test this with just the fuma kyahans. Utsusemi ni with no haste enhancer is usually 45 seconds to recast right, well when i cast it with the fuma kyahans, it went to like around 43 >,> would you actually pay about 2 million which is running about in the gilgamesh server to just take 2 seconds from the recast time?? Hmmm this is an open discussion^^

Just did some experimenting last night wile i was waiting for an invite:
Haste effeted all timers i had including my 2hr so with alot of abbilities
other then just utsusemi these could come in handy.

Haste has zero effect on Job Abilities. And that says 2006, and surely, by 2006, people should really know that.
Instead of insulting this person, let's try giving an explanation as to why you think of this person as you do.
ANYWAY....
I don't play ninja, so I'm not a complete expert on this, but even though haste+3% only decreases the recast time by 2 secs, it adds up. With other haste+% gear, you can significantly drop the recast timer. You will never find a piece of equipment with more than haste+6% for ninja. Individually, these pieces will only take 2-5 seconds off of the recast timer, but if you get lots of haste+% equip, that 45 secs can become 30 secs. Also, I know you sort of mentioned this, but Utsusemi:Ni isn't the only thing affected by the haste+%. Your attack speed increases, allowing you to do more dmg and keep better hate, and all your other ninjitsu recast timers are decreased.
To say that these boots are not worth the gil because they only decrease the Utsusemi: Ni recast timer by 2 secs is very naive.
And to answer your final question:
If I were a ninja, and I happened to have 2 million gil at lvl 39 to spend on equipment, I would buy these to speed up my Utsusemi spells and increase my DoT.

These are now 4.5 mil (no, that is not a typo) on Hades. All but TWO of the Fuma Kyahan in the sales history were sold by the same person by the name of Aris. I'm glad I don't play a job that needs these, but I can't help but feel sorry for those who do...

Gunna rally up the LS myself and storm the castle walls... break Deggi's back and try for some Kyahan as well... just bust the GSEllers balls...
Well in Fairy these where a pain to get, having to deal with 10+ Gilsellers that where all Allied and have flee. Sneakk, Mrfab(I first thought it was Mrfag=P), Durio and other more that I don't remmeber their name. Anyways, I finally got the trick on how to be alert when it's pop time when you can claim the NM or just the PH. If you're a first timer on camping this NM you're going to have a heart attack onces you see everyone using "Flee", which is kinda scary cause you might think there's a Yagudo High Priest around. lol 2 Friends of mine(Ixideathixi&Deathkitten) where around to help. When it was time for the pop everyone started to use "Flee" and running around while some just use Invisible or Tonko:Ichi. It poped.. My friend quickly see it and see a THF going for it, the THF had BST for charm...but missed...It Charm the wrong target.. lmao!!! My friend amazingly had enough time to get close enough to "Steal" from him, and the fight took alittle while cause this ******* have alot of life. At the end we got the drop, he only dropped the boots..which makes you think what good is THII. =D
Everyone in my LS where amazed that we even go the claim...specially with "steal"... lol Now my MNK/NIN/SAM got a new piece of armor to wear, we are also planning taking the whole LS to camp O. Kote, just storm the place. lol

Lakshmi prices for these have been dropping thanks to an over flow. the other day I saw 16 for sale 2 hours later only 1 had sold and it was down to 8 so obviously people aren't paying 1.7mil for these anymore. now prices have dropped from 1.7mil to 1.4-1.5 with 9 for sale this is at 12est Friday the 2nd. I have a feeling this is thanks to the new rare/ex boots from LL.

well i'm wondering if that's really something to be proud of? have you guys really given that much control of your economy over to the gil-sellers? I sure wouldn't be bragging about something like that. You know if you dont want your prices so high you could always band together in a large group and just farm these for free yourselves, i mean dont give them that much power, the reason prices are that high is you let them get that high

i got a few lvls til i can solo quu and mee on thf im a pretty good scan camper im 19/133 solo on lizz and 2/6 on emp i always beat the gilsellers there so i figure since the yagudo no longer pop on the little pedistals ill do just great. after i get thf to 75 i plan on making nin my main so theas are definatly a must for future plans >.>;;;; (just wanted to boast this really has no good information to anyone XD)
