I had 2 of those rings that give you INT+2 (forgotten their names now!), 2k each, saw these, had some excess gil, 10k each, bought them, sold the other ones.
Now i have the same INT, but a bit more elemental safety that Ill never use! The picture looks nice though, plus it looks better on your equipment!

I found one of these in a bazaar for 2000 gil!! a steal i spent more for the sardonyx ring!!

Basically You take a clear ring, a crystal and some other goldsmithing item, and it'll produce this. It's also a safe bet that you'll really need a high level crafting skill, since the japanese player who said about the eremite ring said that it took around 80 bonecrafting.
