Actually pretty decent for its level. You can always macro this in for nukes and swap it back out when needed to run. Melees do the same thing macroing out their dusk gear when roaming. Slow doesn't affect casting, but only recast timer [thus macro it out during sleep/debuff] and the 5% slow penalty is not all too bad.

1-2 hr respawn time on nm,sorta crummy boots.killed 10 times so far no drop><even got him at 100%full moon.fun to kill him tho grav,bind nukee nukee.i think he gave 63 xp.
nobodys camping it,he dies for kicks and giggles waiting on campaign:p
1 last thing tho not mentioned on wiki....he has this move that when it hits you,it removes your clothes rings etc...i couldnt put them back on for a bit,neva let him hit me again after that1.not sure on name of spell move whatever it was,nasty lol.it never "stuck"to me either not sure what thats about.and he resists after awile so haste up:p
real bad boots,y exacally are they here?if not for it being a nm even i would leave it alone lol.
