One Was Made Not That Long Ago By Simd On Pandemonium, Amazingly Their Shell Also Has a HQ Shair Manteel -.- and the cap fro this recipe is 100 CLothcraft.
One was made last night on Carbuncle by Kaela for Neongenismage.

actually, i have a feeling that Sheikh Manteel is probably rarer ;_; (it's the HQ version of Sha'ir Manteel, the BRD JSE Body that requires Cashmere Cloth, which is only dropped of Vrtra or from a very risky desynth of a 8mil item ._.)

Whew this cape is very good the emnity -6 is great. Not to mention the MP boost. Seems like a lot of work getting the items however >_<.

I understand how you feel XD I want to try to get one of what I think is the best item for each slot for my Bard, (but it's only 38...) and this is the best I can find...unless you count that mantle from that Dynamis Lord, but that's for people with way too much free time...
By the way, for Rgdj, Enmity means "hate", so anything -Enmity is good for mages, but bad for tanks XD

The more enmity you have, the more hate you hold.
i love this cape soooo much...with the mp and the emnity -6!!!!! makes me wana lvl up my red mage EVEN MORE!! ....but its only lvl 34 ;;
