Says outside CP 32000, which I have. Bastok was in Second and My Nation in First, but the MC's F didn't show up on the items?
Anybody else have this problem? I bought something from Windurst when I was from Bastok a couple years ago, but don't remember if i was rank 10 yet.

How do we know if there is a +1 of this item... is there a anywhere else to check for this?
