I just hit 69 and am using it to solo (no earring to go with it though). Definitely noticing the extra TP per Jump.
Pricey, but worth it IMO.

Better than Thalo it seems.
INCREDIBLE weapon for it's level and beyond, if you manage to have the Supremacy Earring needed to activate the latent you've got yourself a heck of weapon that will last you all the way to lv75.
