Im in the middle of this quest right now and i did everything correct to the quest discription. Although Im now on Vana' diel day 8 waiting for my mannequin, I even had time to get mnk from 5 to 20 and still I go back and she says "I'm making the joints" Im just wondering wth is up.
I was able to reach the "Powerful Light Energy" level (Moghancement Strength 51-100) with a full set of 8x Mannequins and an Adventuring Certificate (Reported to be Light +3), but not without the certificate.
This gives a calculated Light Elemental Strength of +6.

after you finish the quest and get your rare/gender, you will be able to buy them all from the NPC in mhaura

Sorry, but it is. If you look at the quest, you'll get a mannequin of your race/gender.
correction if you look at item you see it is rare exclusive. since you can purchase additional mannequins upon quest completion or exchange yours anyone can have there own taru or mithra ect.
but with the recent update, you're supposed to be able to trade yours in for a different one in Mhaura i believe.
