Not sure if this is true, but this is supposed to be one of the Legendary weapons. They drop off the 100th floor of Nyzul, and there is supposed to be a way to upgrade them soon. Rumor has it that things like The Pit might be involved in upgrading these weapons.

Confirmed: Nyzul weapons will be upgraded to the next set of Legendary/Relic weapons.
