This has dropped almost instantly the last two times I've went up to those floors, without TH of any kind.
Yet to see the Alky spawn item though.

Just got this 2 time's now gonna go pop pallas!
This will drop on either the 11th or 12th floor, camped it last night for a couple hours. I assume the moldy buckler drops the same, just a little rarer.
In the couple hrs that I camped yesterday, 2 alkyoneus were popped, and 4 pallas.
We popped Pallas once, but he only dropped his socks ; ; so i can assume the drop rate is similar as before

My Ls friend was killing Jotuns when it dropped for him.
