damn, after readin up on the WS u get from the weapon u get from the quest u need this for, it makes me feel stupid to be anxious to get asuran fists lol
All fragments are dropped from dynamis mobs called Animated Weapons found only in Dynamis-Xarcabard.
After you get them you take them to a certain location along with your upgraded relic weapon and trade it to a ???, its usually in a end-game location probly with a few HNM and/or lvl 70+ mobs(but there are exceptions). After you make the trade you get your final relic weapon.

For the Scythe relic, it was Buburimoo Peninsula, so I'm not sure about they're "usually in a end-game location probly with a few HNM and/or level 70+ mobs."

i read on killingifrit all the fragments come from different areas. this one is supposed to come from courtyard of castle oztroja so it might be that blank where the hnms are just a guess
Does anyone have an idea on how this item is obtained? I'm just wondering on the total time and effort it would take to finally upgrade the relic knucles into Spharai, and Msytic Fragment is the ingredient for the final upgrade.
