The scrolls are ~570 for Wind and ~425 for Water (Depending on Fame, of course--I have high fame, so mine are 567 and 420, respectively)

How come there is no price for the scrolls listed?

Prices are dependant on fame.

It says they go for 210 gil, but I get them for 200. More fame, less cost.

Champalpieu is actually in H-6, within M & P's market. ^^
