I Have a Couple Questions about this NM.
1.) Where does it Spawn?
2.) Is it soloable with a RDM70/NIN35?
3.) How do i spawn it or how long does it take to Spawn?
Would be nice to know thanks to anyone that will answear me those

Solo'able by 75 Smn.
Can easily carby kite if needed.
I used 1 Mp pool, no drinks, no refresh, no astral flow.
Threw a carby at it to get a feeling for his strength, ect.
1 carby took first 5%, Threw Dia 2 on it.

And Avatar melee and he was dead.

Might reccomend using Ramuh instead, that way anytime he he spawns the smaller treants, you can thunderspark.

I came to Jugner Forest looking for Jaws and Skins and I'd been there for a while so, I decided to start looking around for NM's. Today must be my lucky day because not only did I get Percy's Neckchopper drop (1/1) but, lo' and behold, Frodo (XD) was up. I was expecting a Frae, but, was okay with getting the crossbow and logs. Saw him up, so, I got excited, did a little healing (I'm nin 75, capped eva, haste +8%, Senji, Rajas sorta thing, capped Ninjutsu) So, I get to 1100 hp and he healing aggro's me. XD I talk smack to him and I see he's a HNM so I call LS mates for help. As I get him to 75% and hadn't had to recast Ni once, I tell them no worries. XD Basically, I killed him and got 25 xp and Belli mantel 1/1 on him too. I deserved him though because when I was but a wee lvl 38Drk, I came here looking for Jaws and Skins again (this was 3 years ago) I saw him and was like, "Yay!!!" and my first hit was a miss and then 3 hits later, he killed me.

75Nin, 8% haste, Senji, Rajas, Suppanoami, Am Mantel+1, capped eva and Jutsu.
Poison, Blind, Slow, and Paralyze stuck and helped me a lot. Poison kept his Auto-Regen from being horrible.
When he got down to 11% though I think he hit a small hyper. It was everything I could do to keep lowering his health. I had to weaponskill him to kill him and poison him to take him down 3%, so, his Auto-Regen skyrocketed. Duey I killed with one ws during the whole process. Their acc was so bad, I thought to just blind/slow Due to keep from having to waste a WS, but, alas, after a while, it became easier to just get 100% on Frodo and WS Duey. But yeah, talk about horrible accuracy. Like I said, I took him down to 75% before I had to recast Ni and I only casted Ichi probably 4 times during the battle.....and that was just because I had 1 or 2 seconds left on Ni and wanted to have a cushion. Either way, fun fight. Nin soloable very easy!!

Ya I usualy see the other one, don't mind getting the crossbow, they usualy sell. Got this guy today, was slow long fight, but basical i just stood there and went blow for blow with em' cured when needed, by time i killed him he had 4 Duessas, there annoying but weak and die when he dies anyway. 75 pld btw

He missed me once and his hits were between 70 - 110. I didn't two-hour because I realised it wasn't going to help me if I did. I cast Drain twice and Drain2 once, and pulled off maybe 3 WS.
Managed to take 1/4 of his health away. I didn't stand a chance.
His accuracy might suck if you're a lvl75, but it certainly doesn't suck when you're still only 64.

For an HNM this things was a piece of cake. I was heading to Davoi to camp Poisonhand when I noticed this mobs off to the East side of the river. Me (59 whm) my friend 60 PLD and a 75 DRG took thuis down pretty easy. Only bad moment was when it used Drill Branch. Other than that, it was a piece of cake.

Lol! I went looking for Fraelissa and doing my outpost supplies quest. Lol!!! I went as PLD52/WAR26, I came... and I noticed this NM instead of Fraelissa, I was like..wtf? Never seen it before, so lol, randomly I attacked it. Like, 20 milliseconds later im already disengaging to run ahha, he hit for me 200 every hit and i only had 900 life, lol. used invincible, and called for help, luckily, 75 NIN assisted me. lol
easily slept and feebed.i duo'd it as a 75 rdm/blm with a 70 rdm/rng buddy.
btw it doesnt regen at night,and goes crazy at 10%.after trying to solo it during the day (bad idea).

Just Trio and a halfed this NM. fourth member came when it was at about 20% hp. Very ez fight, had very bad Acc against <me>, only got hit about 10 times. 68THF/nin with Scorpion harnessm, emperess hairpin, battle gloves and Nomad mantle on. I got mad skill ups on this nm; Started the fight with 189 evasion and ended with 194! Spawned Duessa at about 50% hp, kept spawning one about every 30 sec. they had about the same Acc as the main NM but hit half as hard, about 30-50 dmg.

Just soloed him as 75 thf/nin took like 3 or 4 mins used att food was hitting for about 80-100 per swing and DE mostly for 1200's and 1 2k at the start with AC-SAWS love my Lv5 trip att^^ got 3 1600 DE's off it when trip att kicked in during ws

I just solo'd this as 74NIN/WHM. Fight was about 14 mins, as I had to heal MP twice cause I didnt bring any yags in my hurry to claim NM from Whitegate. 43 THF bud saw the mob and gave me heads up. It was easy fight, but he has INSANE freaking regen. And he drops those saplings around 10% and again at 6%. All in all, another NM in the books.
1/1 on mantle, and ebony and mahogany logs. :P 450k in the bank baby! Now to just put it up in AH :/

I just solo'd this on Gilgamesh. A 43 THF friend saw it, and I went in as NIN/WHM, full buffs, and then went to town. Its really annoying when you get it down low, as it has INSANE regen. And it spams saplings around 10% as i would drop it from 10-6 with Blade: Jin and then two saplings popped. At one point i disengaged to heal MP as i didnt bring any yag's with me cause of the hurry to catch the mob. But its accuracy is freaking horrible. So healing MP was easy. Fight was about 14 mins or so, considering I had to heal MP twice.
But I did get drops, the mantle, ebony and mahogany logs. 1/1 baby! and 450k in the bank.

does anyone have the spawn time on this guy? does it pop every 21-24 hours? or like every 2-4 hours? if anyone knows please tell me, thanks

lmfao god this nm is a pushover,it was kicking my drk75 friends *** least so my ex gf says, and it killed her,so i came to raise and was like wheres that lil bag of seeds,im'a kick its *** for killin you,she found it for me and i charged in as 66rdm/26 thf, this thing barly even hit me with half my eva equip (rest was on loan),was soloing this thing and was taking all day but easily manageable,would be faster if i were rdm/war,also those lil lackeys popped twice or three times on me and i killed then with one burning blade and a fire. This nm was to easy and rdm/nin wouldnt even get hit

I just found this walking around as 75RDM/37WHM. FIght took about 10 mins, with all my DoT and enfeebs i only had to recast stoneskin 3 times. Summoned 2 saplings, easily slept. No cape drop but i got 23 limit points if that helps determine the level. WIth genbu shield and phalanx it didn't hit me for over 33 on any swings.
Soloed as a 74Mnk/nin the times it hit me they were from 80-120 damage. This NM does a move called Drill Branch that can wipe 2-3shadows. Another move that binds you through shadows. Also spawns saplings that hit me for about 30-60 damage, but they can be killed in 3-4 combat rounds or a single WS (about 600-700 health).
The NM itself has a regen effect. My fight add up to about 16,000 Health o_o

the fight was tough, and took (i think) about 8 minutes. i was left with about 200 hp. i resisted all his sleeps, and intimidated him a whole bunch of times with my seiryu's sword. he has poor accuracy, and the duessa's sleep for a good amount of time with a sleep bolt. an EVA build gear setup is ideal, with macro'd WS equips thrown in. bloody bolts were going for about 75hp drain per shot, so that helped a lot, and i used nearly 30 bloodies on him. blind and acid bolts were also key. only 1 duessa spawned during the fight, and i kept him slept throughout.
good fight though. i don't remember how much exp i got, but i did recieve the mantle. going for about 350k on caitsith.
this NM is not impossible to solo.

I wanted so badly to try charming the Duessa... but I didn't want to ***** up the THF by having claim on one. Does anyone know if these are charmable?

I'm 100% sure that NMs are not charmable, even the spawns you can't charm.

Just fought him right now. I was coming from getting my DRK AF pants from Monastic Cavern when I saw it. I called in my driends Kinkykittenx (75RDM), Kaira (70DRG) and Hikowa (63THF) and the 4 of us took it.
We took him pretty easily, and I was hitting for a good 80-100 as a 55DRK. He near the end started spamming Sprout Spin and almost killed me since KK was focusing on tanking.
For all that it only dropped a Rosewood and a Ebony log. (It gave 4 exp if that helps find the level any since we were 55, 75, 70, 63). Just happy I passed him at night.
We took him pretty easily, and I was hitting for a good 80-100 as a 55DRK. He near the end started spamming Sprout Spin and almost killed me since KK was focusing on tanking.

I was just wandering threw here and saw this guy, he owned me as BLM54/WHM hitting me for around 200HP per hit.
Went back with some LS buddies and owned it, no decent drop though =(

In typical paladin response to seeing a NM that i'd never seen before, i voked it. At lv58 it was hitting for about 90 a hit, nothing i wasnt used to. Needless to say, the damage i was dealing to it was insufficient to overcome the autoregen effect. I could have zoned it to Davoi but instead decided to pull it to the outpost, calling for LS reinforcements on the way. I did die, but reinforcements showed up in form of 72whm, 65blm, 57drg and a highlevel bst that got claim on it after i died. took the thing out...slowly. At least half a dozen Duessa's were spawned before we finally wiped the thing out. Definately a fun fight though. Only dropped a Mahogany Log.
LS Mate found this guy and called in for reinforcements, lol he got me a 58THF.

<Um..> I was out logging when i came across him. I'v gotin Fraelissa a half a dozen times and i wanted to get her husband and here was my chance. I'm a lvl 62 WAR/thf at the time. I was going to SA on him but he agroed to me. Thats when i knew this was going to be bad>.< He was hitting me from 150-200 a pop. I did about 600 DMG to him which took maybe 5% of his HP. again >.<
PS. I came across him on the right side of the river at I-10
