He hits very hard and is pretty accurate/fast. However, he is very susceptible to paralyze (I think most WSNMs are, it seems o_o). My NPC is only level 60 but I summoned her to help. She didn't do much but haste herself and whiff at the tiger. >_>
Just finnished this up, wasn't to hard to duo as my 75RDM/WHM & my wifes 75THF/NIN. she has 294eva so didn't get hit to much, mostly just the ws's which hit thief pretty hard, i just sat back and kept it enfeebled 300enfeb, slow & para stuck for ~2min, grav ~45sec blind stuck fine only recasted it 2-3 times, and cured & paralyna, kept haste & phlanx 2 on her. took about 10min to do, she fell into red from ws twice, but no real scares, had to convert just before 1/2 way point & spent last 10% resting & casting.
Pretty easy fight, killed without trouble with this setup: DRK/THF 75 PLD/WAR 75 BLM/WHM 75 NIN/WAR 75 (me)
He hits pretty hard though, be careful. Claw Cyclone can be dangerous too, it can do a lot of damage if you don't have 2 shadows to absorb it. He used it once while I had only one shadow, and i took about 400 damage, I think. Also, make sure you have someone who can Paralyna because of the AOE Paralyze attack (Roar). Nothing else to say, I guess... Can find a video of the fight here : http://soily.filefront.com
Hit my WAR/NIN for 120-180 without Berserk or Defender on. Bring WHM and /WHM for clearing Roar's AoE Paralyze. Don't stand in front of him if you're not tanking him. Claw Cyclone is directional.
Razor Fang can lay down the hurt(700-800), but only takes one shadow.
Hits like a baby compared to the other WSNM. Yallery Brown for Decimation hits for 300+, with the exception of this guy's massive Razor Fang attack.
Just did this guy. 4 Drk/thf's ranging from 72-75 1 75thf (tank) 1 75 rdm/blm 1 70+ blm
all 4 drk's and the thf tp'd to 300%
Popped the NM and the thf sa dancing edgee for hate. One drk then Sa spinning slash, followed up where i 74drk/thf(hecabody/feet for extra STR) did sata Spiral hell onto the thf. this pretty much had the mob close to 50%. all 4 drk's and the blm then took turns stunning to keep mob from attacking as often as possible. then just tp'd wwhenver we had it. Was a pretty easy fight. Ground Strike /hurray
This guy is really easy, just a lot of HP though. Normally meleeing in this situation isn't my style as RDM, however, the group asked me to build TP to 300% if I had Spirits Within, and given I have Vorpal Blade it was quite the go on the Spirits :D Hey, 450+ free damage, helped that fight, then I went back to sleeping a gob that aggroed >.>
