This is wrong... nio hum is a doll type mob, for sandy mission rank 6 or 7.
It is for Sandy Mission 8-1
You are also wrong, Sandy mission 8-2

if you all want to know what its used for go to the involved in quests/missions choice you get with different mobs so you can all see that its plainly for mission 8-2 in sandy
