87 DRG came out from linkshell when I found this guy and handled him fairly easy. No drop

So I found this guy squirming around the lvl 24ish clifts camp. I started to think about how SE said the xp system was exciting and challenging. The only thing I find exciting and challenging is figuring out what the thinking is...You know where's a good spot to put a couple of level 45 NMs? Away from the level 20 camps >.>...I really think they are trying to make every area of xi so hostile that everyone just says "to hell with this" and leaves.

3 Thunder III's, 3 Fire III, and 3 Stone IIIs with all Int up gear from my Elvaan Rdm toasted it nicely. Has aroud 3700 hp. No drop (like I need it....just found the mob and drop stupid and insulting so they had to die)
and it doesn't aggro, found it while lvling Bst...lvl 30
