how much fame you need for the quest is fame required for the quest, i only hav bastok fame
I'm pretty sure you need rank 2 fame in whatever city it is that starts Dem, Mea, or Holla.

If you have done the quest can you repeat it. I gave my scroll to a friend as I did not think I would get the Whm up to the level for the spell, but have learned from my mistakes.
Unfortunately, none of the scroll quests are repeatable.
Could you imagine the pain and suffering that would ensue if Utsusemi:Ichi, and all the teleport scrolls were repeatables? Holy crap, batman!

This spell can only be obtained through the quest or buying them through the Auction House. I am extremely short on cash right now in game, so of course, my best solution would be to quest for them. If you have the time and your wallet isn't overflowing, I strongly suggest that you do the quest for the teleport scrolls.
