New stats since December patch

The December patch evidently removed emphasis from the rice in this recipe and placed it squarely on the mushrooms.

The new stats I tested are:

MP+30
STR-1
VIT+3
MND+3
MP regen while resting: +2

Confirmed time is three hours.

Additional Note: When Windurst is in first place in conquest, this dish is available to my zero fame Windurst native mule from the Timbre Timbers in Windurst Waters, for 5,150 each. It is NOT available to non-natives. Furthermore, for my fellow high-level cooks, production cost on Fairy as of mid-Feburary '05 is under 4,500 per synth.

Given the current Fairy server cost of 30,000 gil for a stack of Witch Kabobs (2.5k each), each of which lasts for 1 hour, this just became the superior WHM food on Fairy. Now I just have to educate the masses. ~.^

Mushroom Risotto @ Timbre Tavern
# Jun 20 2004 at 4:18 PM Rating: Decent
I saw the Mushroom Risotto for sale at Timbre Tavern in Windurst Waters on Unicorn server. At the time Windurst was #1 so maybe it is only for sale given that? It was also between 5,000 - 6,000 gil for my mule with 0 fame.
Do they exist?
