I was just about to make another batch, but I ran out of caramel. Fetch some from Halloween Harry, and I'll give you a sweet treat! " Pucca De'Flor is all out of caramel to make more caramel covered apples. Get some caramel for her from Halloween Harry in Sanctuary. This is an Errand quest. This quest is repeatable.
