Looking at the date of the initial post here, it seems as if this area, this Diorama Abdhaljs - Purgonorgo Isle, has been known about for a long time now, but has still not been made available ingame. At first we were in the dark about this place, but when Diorama Abdhaljs - Ghelsba was added to the game, everyone then began to think this would be another Ballista area (many of them probably blissfully unaware of the fact that this area has been on the website for over six months. Some people here have written this off as a mistake made by Allakhazam, but I knew better, as the exact same map is posted at FFXI Atlas.com. I myself started to think that Square Enix had abandoned this area altogether.
However, I think that I finally know what this area is now...
A few days ago, it was announced that a new form of Conflict, known as Brenner, would be added during the next update. Go here to find out more about it. Now look at the two screenshots at the bottom of the web page, you will notice that the area in them appears to be Purgonorgo Isle. You can even see the Manaclipper dock in the first one. It's mentioned in the announcement that the area in which Brenner matches are held in an area that will be accessable from Jeuno. I think it's safe to say that this area will be the long-awaited Diorama Abdhaljs - Purgonorgo Isle.
To my knowledge, Square Hasn't announced anything about adding this area, but it sure looks like they finally will, come next update.
This will most likely become a Ballista area if it isn't already. The February update information shows a paladin stabbing some other PC on a serence island beach.
True, however that screenshot does not look altered in the least. Normal Ballista may be availible there or even possibly a second system for conflict.
You all realize this is actually already in the game and is after a short boat ride in Bibiki. Although I have no clue who at alla thought it would be a good idea to label it a Diorama Abdhaljs
...you realize that the Diorama Abdhaljs area are places that you can play ballista in, and reserve times, and set rules for... makes for nice linkshell events.
This is not a Ballista area, it's simply one of the few places players can go to just sightsee, there is claming, different mob types and it's a awesome beach. This area is reachable by taking the manaclipper, however the manaclipper sometimes only goes around "Dhalmel Island" and doesnt take you to the beach, it's a long boat ride but sometimes you can get lucky and see whirlpools and dolphins. There is a few targetable objects that lead me to believe they may be involved in quest; But i've never come across it.. However the point being it is in Bibiki Bay, and not part of Diorama Abdhaljs.
i think i understand what this is....i think it is real and being used for the ballista world cup finals thing it cant be accessed without a gm or something like that ill bet...just a theory
clever hoax possibly? i don't know i just dont really beleive in such an area, been on alla for a while and there has been no news about this/these areas.
I'm pretty sure this area will be released in the upcomming update, or maybe a later one. But. Allakazham isnt the only site that has these maps. This either might be a side event like ENM, or part of the very last chapters of CoP.

Just watch, all this stuff we question now that Alla keeps finding by "scanning game files" (as they seem to do for gear, weapons, areas, who knows what else) turns out to be a really long April Fool's joke that they build up until April 1 then TFTD will be like "How could you be so gullible" and the news will make a joke too. HA!
If you mean fix the translation or something, there's nothing wrong with it. We are all almost posotive that there will be Diorama Abdhaljs. Look at the area Diorama Abdhaljs - Ghelsba; top of the map:
