I've never stole web from these spiders but the spiders in Boyahda Tree can have webs stolen from them. I've done it myself on several occasions. Probably 1 in 10 steals I'd get a web.
Q #1.
A to #1>not sure seeing as how I am not a theif but have been told by theives that it cant be stolen. (If a theif could test this out on like 15 spiders and re-post the info here that would be just splendid :o) )

A to #2> Yes! it is definately a drop, not a frequent one though. I've found that I can kill between 100 and lets say 200 and get between 1 and 5 (5 on a REALLY good day)

A to #3> It should be appx 5-7 minutes. Might be 10 but it is not too long.
Going price> The going price on Sylph as of 3/9/06 is 20-25k with an average steady rate of 24-25k. and that is PER PIECE.

Hello!, could anyone cofirm if possible get the spider web by stealing?
Due the bazzar I see in Windurst is hold by Thief high level.

has anyone actually confirmed this drop?`I've killed like at least 300 of these while camping dune widow, and I have never got a web from them.

I tried for a while.
They are farly stong mobs, with high HP and a dangerous tp ability for some classes.
The drop rate can be bad at times, but at the moment you only need a few each hour to make it worthwhile.
Spiderweb sell for 10k on Gilgamesh right now, party because nobody is able/willing to farm them at all times.

if you plan on farming this thing your wasting you time a friend and i just killed about 30 of them with no drops, but earlier we got 3 webs had th and all that.
