This chick does not sell a Great Bow when Sandy is #1. I would love to price compare, cuz I need to trade that stupid carpenter Great Bows for CP.............god I am starting to hate this game more with each passing day.........
Some NPCs only sell certain items if you are from their nation (in this case, Sandy).

wait till the GP item is somehting that crops off mobs. then you can buy it for cheap and just turn them in without crafting at all.

Does anyone know the time when he re-stocks his Arrows? All I see that he sells is a Shortbow, Longbow, Wooden Arrow, & Battlefield Elegy.

What a shop carries is based on their standing in the conquest campaign. I do not know if it is based on your position (1st, 2nd, 3rd) or if it based on the exact areas your country controls but it is dependant upon one or both.
I've notice the mod in the B warehouse in Port San d'Oria, stopped selling (worst stop buying) two days ago because an area fell under Bastok's control. Now I gotta run at the Rusty Anchor for Tricoloured or Gold carps (since they pay more than AH).
