Can u use the npc from any nation or only ur home nation?
igot the tele before but now hes notthere...
Ok, I've done the supply mission to Volbow, so why can't I get teleports to or from that outpost even when my country controls the region?
Vollbow's level requirement is much higher than the other regions (which range from 20 to 45), and you have to be level 65 to go there.
Maybe it is your level holding you back? not sure of the particular level for that region, but I know you must have delivered supplies, your country controls it..and be a certain level to get a teleport there.

i have checked, and ur nation doesnt have to be in control of the region to get outpost tele, the price simply goes higher if ur nation isnt in control.
but u are required to have already do deliver supply to the region and have the appropriate lv.
or if u want to go there regardless of lv, trade 10 brilliant snow to the guy and he let u tele for free and regardless of lv (this is a special offer due to x-mas event so dont know if it still valid), but u still can only tele to outpost u already done supply.
