As has been mentioned, these drop Bugard Tusks as well, though much less frequently than skins. I've taken my NPC from level 33 to 37 on them, and only gotten one tusk, as opposed to 30+ skins. 0 HQ skins so far, but I'm still hoping! Also, because I'm leveling leathercrafting using the skins, I decided to sub THF while farming the other day, and tried to steal from them. It got me a Giant Sheep Meat. which I found quite odd. I was 2/2 on it as 71RDM/18THF.
well as i was tromping around exploring for the first time in lufaise( hurray for me cepting i died 2 times;.; 50 is getting furher and further away) and as i was trying to avoid aggro from giant i walked behind one of these and lo and behold it aggroed me so it is a sound agg it was an Easy Prey - at 49....yeah right....it hit me for between 67-87 damage a hit....and im not wearing weak armor to be honest
I don't know about True Sight, but I just tested it and /healed behind one and it aggroed me, so unless they have eyes in the back of their heads, they're sound aggressive as well.

If you are a high lv, any mob that checks as too weak to you but would aggro if you were lower, will aggro while healing based on their same rules. If it aggro'd while he was healing behind it, it aggros sound.
Lv46 BLU now, went looking to learn Awful Eye. They are definately sound aggressive, and they do *not* have True Sight. Prism Powdered, Deodorized, Sneaked, the whole nine yards, walked all around it, it was DC, it did not aggro, even when I /healed by it in front of it and behind it.
i'm not sure of the exact level range of these, but as a level 57 warrior, half these spawn too weak and half spawn as 12 exp easy prey. My guess would be a level range around 41-43.....or 40-42.
