Ive looked all over for pop locations for each of the Fomor types. I found nothing. I have since decided to post locations I have seen myself within the main lv of the Aqueducts for each of the Fomors I have encountered.
I have seen Fomor MNKs at:
(D,E-4,5) - there are 2 MNK pops in here, each alone. Be careful when pulling, however. There is a Fomor Party in here (4 fomors) that I believe WILL link with the MNKs if they are close enough.
I KNOW there are more pops, ill post as I find them.

Be careful, though: If you're talking about the spot where I'm thinking of, the NM Tres Duendes pops there as well. It's a red Triple Bats-type mob, and is followed by the Duendes' Amoroso, an IT BLM fomor. It's a pretty tough NM if you're caught off guard.

Does anyone know if the subligars drop off these guys in Lufaise Meadows? I killed a few here when they spawn and I have yet to get anything. Someone told me they only drop them when you kill them in the Phomiuna Aqueducts.

yes subligars only drop in Sacrarium or Phomiuna Aqueducts. its an easy drop in the aqueducts

I've only seen one set of them and was excited so I ended up taking them on. They all conned as too weak though.
Maybe I got easy ones, I had a fomor:
Thief, war, mnk and sam
I used shadowbind on the thief and ran away (I still have no clue where he went, maybe someone saw him running solo)
Finally I barraged and turn to take the mnk out (Goodbye Taru ; ;) lol took two good hits, sidewindered and took the war out, then the sam. I had absolutely no problem with them @ 59RNG, so again, I probably got easy ones. But they were fun lol

Anyone know if a few of these fomor's are soloable? The mnk & smn at the begining are what i was really thinking about trying first....sounds like they are sleepable. Could a Rdm go in there sleep the smn & pull the mnk....normal smns can't do anything while asleep right so the smn's avitar wouldn't do anything till smn woke...right? Take out the mnk keeping stoneskin up while keeping the smn slept....take out the smn next? If not soloable would they be able to be taken w/ a pair of ppl? Anyone know?
well they're undead.... but at Lv54RDM/27WAR i took out WAR, BST and SMN in a tower after a long and pretty close fight lol, but i did it, now i go and kill them for fun as RDM60 =D so just lvl 3 more times and if your smart you can kill em i had pretty cheap gear at the time too (fyi defender is stoneskins best friend)
OK, apparently, at lvl 52, you can't take a Formor Party of a Monk, Warrior, Samurai, Thief, and Summoner at the same time with Hundred Fists.

But PLEASE! Taru mnks CAN own with all the right equipment, this is absolutely true.
But Elvaan and Galkas make the best monks bar none. I take monk very seriously, and have all the best gear to have, and Id own any taru mnk in a second, no matter what equipment they had.
But take heart little tarus, I definately wont argue your mage power......

Nothing intimidating about a taru monk shadow lol, they could of at least made it a mithra, a little bit more intimidating if u ask me. Monks are supposed to be a bad a$$ type job, pounding the heck out of things and dealing an occasional whop! up side the head with their leg. U stick a taru in there then it becomes cute, not intimidating. Maybe that was SE's idea when they did this. ^^

this also drops Aquarius Subliger. they are for lvl 50 MNK stats are, DEF:23 lvl 50 and VIT+1 i got it first kill in Phomiuna Aqueducts but they are Rare/ex
i would like to see these guys be able to pop as any race. so what u see here is taru monk, but next night it might be a mithra monk, or a taru rdm. that would be neat

The BRD is a Galka, that's just awesome.
Mithra rdm=good, hume rng=good. The other two your pretty much right about >.> (mithra has 2nd highest mp)
you have never seen a taru mnk then... as long as they have str rings they own even Elvaan unless you have really good equips.
What Taru lack in str they make up in insain acc which with a dot job adds up in the end.

RSE belt? Black belt is used by all races.
RSE2 hands? Alkyoneus used by all.
RSE2 feet? Dune boots, sry.
MND? About 10 MND difference which you also cannot make up entirely.
RSE belt for.. 4? MND. I have a twinthread obi for 2.
RSEgloves/legs/feet? I have T.M. Slops+2, Suzakus' sune-ate, and devotee's mitts+1.
HP? Useless stat really, but if you happen to get hate somehow from your 100 less dmg chi blasts, my 1600 or so hp with /whm sub will let me survive a stone V.
VIT? I don't know the exact difference, but I'd guess to be around 10 pts too. Not the most useful stat for MNK, but when soloing, that 36 hp from chakra extra might save your life. Not to mention you'll take slightly more dmg. (And have far weaker Dragon Kicks, which are based on STR and VIT.)
This is not to say that someone cannot be a taru monk and be good at it, but it is just stupid to say they're better than Elvaan. You simply CANNOT make up some stats at endgame because there are better things that everyone can use. Now, if the argument was "TARU MONK RULES ALL IN CUTENESS", you would be right hands down, however, in all situations, solo, HNM, exp, a taru will do less dmg than an elvaan, and this is a fact.

Whats the worse thing it could do? Punch you in the knee? Yes that sounds painful but not dangerous at all.

some of the fomors conned easy and weak to me at 68. They appear in groups and hunt in groups, I tried carby pulling and I got the whole gang on me.
They got an AoE attack that drains all the party TP.

As my title post says, what lv are these?
I think many of the enemies in this area are around level 40.
I would have to agree, they put up little fight to me when I was there killing him and the BLM. Note though that they pop in groups of 2. So far the groups i've seen are BLM and MNK and DRK and NIN. DRK and NIN were mithra >.>
its sad when a taru monk can destroy you...
