Just to update these guys detect to low mp, meaning if you are healing "kneeling" next to them they will attck b/c u are vunerable... meaning if your lvl 75 you will get aggroed
I went here as 60 MNK, and the only EP I found was a Moblin Gurneyman, which I could solo anyway. My lvl 57 BLM friend said most of the things there were EP to him, so I'd say 60 makes this zone safe.
These guys drop Kopparnickel Ore as well.

Also drops Beastman seal, Igneous Rock. for a lvl55. they won't aggro. but they'll link ^^;
