Up here earlier today as pld/nin soloing. Lets just say there MP drain will kill you when you least expect it. All I know to say is: if you got the MP and you need those few HPs you better use it before you loose that precious MP.

ive seen scorps kill people in 1 shot, ive seen 1k needle kill one shot, but i have never seen a bat take about 1/2 of my mp during a fight, had to convert. Damn you bats>.>
Beastman Blood drops off Esbats in Uleguerand Range as well got a couple exping as bst there.
Also before someone jumps on here and says, "I think you're talking about fiend's blood". I am not mistaken. I know these drop fiend's blood and most of the time that is what I got, but they do also drop beastman blood. Just it's a lower drop rate cause out of 4-5 hours of exp I only got 2 beastman bloods off them.

they also have a new move which lowers defense, took my defense down about 70 points o_O

careful these things have a wicked MP drain move. as a paladin i dont have much to begin with but by the time i was done fighting this, i had none left and i only flashed it maybe twice. 67pld/33war hume. o.o
