I'd just logged on from a (failed) attempt at the 5-1 mission, and i wonder around in the glacier and find Pso'Xja. I was only a 48-ish THF, so i used hide to get past a few of those tonberries, and as i walk past the room, i notice the ??? So, obviously, i walk in, get rid of hide, and check it out, expecting a "there is nothing out of the ordinary here" message... then i get the message saying i sprung a trap and see those two, not good! I just think "oh well, i'll use Perfect dodge and Flee to get out", turn round "WTF, THE DOOR'S CLOSED?!?" Yea... i don't have much luck with ???s

My friend just soloed these as 68 Smn. Two Eclipse Bites plus the melee in between was enough to kill each doll. He used the usual Smn buffs, Aerial Armor and Earthen Ward. Then summoned Fenrir and spawned the mobs. Fenrir automatically hit one mob, then he assault the second, so Fenrir was tanking both. Fenrir was only to 40% health when the first one died.
Easy fight, just make sure you time your Eclipse Bite for when the doll can take physical damage.

As BLM you can't do enough damage, physical or magical to kill these guys. They beat on you hard and hit often. I have capped evasion and was wearing +10 from my igqira tiara and they still criticaled me a lot. With earth staff out they hit me for 40-50, but they double attack and there are two of them. So that is around 200 per round.

I accidentally spawned these guys while killing Cryptonberries for Ordrynite with my LS. Surprised, they ran up the stairs and Escaped us when I got close to the door.

After a few "Dammit Jedd!"'s, we went back in and just ignored that place for now, no Ordrynite, unfortunately.

We came back a few days later to hunt for Ordrynite again and I convinced them to fight them. We consisted of MNK61 (me), RDM61, and WHM61. I built up 300% TP and we buffed up. They were easy for us and in absolutely no danger of being killed.

I wasted my Hundred Fists since Iota went Invincible a few seconds into the fight, but they hit like wet sponges. Lambda and Mu were just as easy.

To finish the night, the next Cryptonberry we killed dropped the Ordrynite, and I won the lot. =) Hyper Ultra Sonic Adventurer!

Just soloed these two as a 73RDM/36WHM. Wasn't what I would call a difficult fight, just really long and tedious, and you need to pay attention to when they do their swapping motion.

They are crazy fast, and there wasn't much point in enfeebling them, they resisted everything like crazy, but they miss a lot, and as long as I kept Stoneskin up, they weren't a problem for me at all.

i tried soloing them ( not knowing anything )
was just wandering around when i saw that room .. spawned those 2 Dolls and had to fight ..
fight was gonna be easy kill if it wasn`t for that invincible they had .. almost died as
60 NIN/WAR .. usually i move around with my BLM friend .. however he was busy at that day .. if he was with me we`d own them good ..
those damn guys use Invincible quit often .. but thier DEF is low .. so i assume they`r
lvl 50 or less .. cuz they weren`t evading any attack and they were missing me alot for an easy prey ...
