Vana'diel Bestiary: Emila, R.K.  

I ran accross a tall elvaan woman NPC in black robes named Emila. She told me my lucky color, what direction i would find my fame, and that my perfact match is the person with the title "Ace Angler". She is right below the Mayors house in Mhaura, and it looks like a quest... Anyone know anything about her ???
