At least there's no Demon Giggolo...yet
I'm gonna go out on a limb and say his name refers to a high ranking government official rather than a receptionist. eg. Secretary of State.
Of course, imagining a demon with a dress, high heels, a bad hairdo, and a phone headset is a lot funnier.

Hobgoblin Fascinator, Hobgoblin Physician, Hobgoblin Blagger, Goblin Shepard, now, demon secertary. Now if only these mobs lived true to their names, Vana'Diel would be such a better place. I mean I could seriously use a demon secertary to scare off all the n00bs that ask me stupid questions, or bug me for help. Or a hobgob fascinator to fascinate and entertain me while i'm LFP. but no... they just try to kill me ; ;
