Solo'd as 75Smn/Whm.
No items of any kind used, but would of been nice to have to make it easier.
I reccomend you use Carby for the first 50-60% to keep MP max.
The closer he gets to death, the faster/harder he hits.
At the start each carby last's about 1:30, giving you plenty of time to kite, but as stated, as he speeds up carby lives less and less.
Predator Claws did 1500.
Eclipse Bite did 600.
At 10%, I had just enough time to Cast fenrir, and run away to recast again.
Keep in mind that since he hits reasonably fast, that hate becomes an issue.
When pet takes 3-4 hits in a row, it pretty much erases their hate, leaving you with hate from Bp's and casting. So be careful.
The Eft's and Bird did NOT agro at 75 to me.
Check the ??? after the fight for a CS.

Soloed this bugger today as NIN75/WHM37. Easy as hell down to the last 10% ish when he seemed to go mad. Kept him paralyzed, blinded and slowed all the time. And made sure i had stoneskin up for the ws'es he throws sometimes.
Also brought Bibiki Seashell to intimidate him, worked quite well.
Went with max eva equip, and i got capped eva, crit, katana merits.

Definitely wasn't easy, but was able to solo as 70SMN/WHM. Went through about 12 Fenrir's and 2 Vile Elixir's. Gets tough at the end when his regen kicks in, and attack speed becomes almost instant.

do you mean a vile elixir and vile elixir+1? cuz you cant have two of just the normal one...

Just watched a 75RDM/DRK solo this, uber easy.... no chainspell stun either, big shoutout to KNIGHTY of Remora server!! <3 you :p
Tryed to solo @73 Nin, almost got it the first time except that I got aggro while kiteing with nin boots and had to zone. Secont time I was very unlucky and had to 2hr... so I gave up and duoed a bit later with a bard.
Something I noticed in the 3 fights is that he does not have 100Fists, however, every time you see the 2hr animation his acc and speed increase every time a bit more to the point he's got high acc and almost zero delay between attacks, difference to a normal 2hr is this does not wear off until he is dead.

Again tried to solo as Mithra RDM75/NIN37. Fight went pretty well. He doesnt attack too fast, but double attacks quite often. His accuracy is pretty sucky. It has an Enwater effect that cannot be dispelled, yet he did 0dmg to me with barwater up.Has about 10.oooHP (507dmg Spirits Within took about 5% of it's hp).

It used some kind of 2hr around 75%. Suddenly it's attack speed and accuracy increased. Around 55% this happened a 2nd time. This was when i had to gravi & bind him. Bind wouldnt stick long enough and i was running low on MP so i had to run. At this point it seems to be impossible to solo for melee RDM.

He isn't very bad at all. Just took took him with 3 people 74THF/37NIN Me who delvld last night) a 67 SMN/WHM and a 70WHM/BLM. The smn actually went out there to solo it and died as I was getting there. WHM from our ls came to raise her. He has terrible terrible accuracy. Fight took around 3-4 minutes. At the end of the fight I actually ran out of shihei for the last 45 seconds or so I tanked without blink and he hit maybe 4 times. Also through the entire fight he never used 100 fists once.

Yes, there's no good drop. It's only a Mission NM for CoP 7-4, which involves sevral popped NM fights. This is one of them.

Are you sure it only drops a Water Crystal? Are you sure no one has just been able to get the good drop?

As I located the ??? spot, exactly where I thought it would be, I saw a JP friend of mine Zyuudasupain buffing up to solo whatever was about to pop. None of us knew at this point what it was going to be or it's difficulty so I asked if he wanted to hook up with us for it. He really is as sweet as Flippant protests in the LS as he joined and humbly repeated his gratification to us in engrish. Dalham did a two hour several times but even when I tanked him as Warrior later on I couldn't figure out what it was. Nothing but high HP, standard Kraken attacks and said undeterminded two hour came from this time sink." -Russta

For CoP mission, the one before the BCNM that leads you to Al'Taeriu. Same goes for that other two that Russta is fighting.
i am guessing no one knows wut the good drop is yet on it

It's too bad it doesnt have a good drop or anything....just a water crystal + its probably lvl 50+ ><
