This NPC does sell Roast Mushrooms when we have the A.C. Bought a stack today, and we had it. :D
I just discovered that even shops inventory is affected of the Astral Candescence is stolen. It was recently taken on Midgardsormr, the warp taru now sends people to the opposite ends of the areas surrounding Jeuno, making it a painful walk -.-.
Anyway, I checked this NPC during this time, and he no longer carried stock of Sis Kebabis or Balik Sis. This is very unfortunate since Sis Kebibi's sell cheap off this NPC >.< He will only sell the Roast Mushrooms if the A.C. is stolen.

He's actually located in Whitegate, instead of AL Zahbi, F-9, Balrahn Way, in a stall near the zone to Al Zahbi.
