Fighting these in Attowha Chasm witha 32 BLU Duo. Just keep all spells up, Head Butt -> Bludgeon -> Feather Storm, spam them, keep Utsu up, and it should die.
Hopefully it will use Death Ray. 1/1. /Cheer.

The level a monster is does not mean that you can kill it at the same level that is is i.e. if a monster is level 31-34 that does not mean that you can kill it at level 33 it means that the monster is level 31-34 and that you need to be a higher than than 34 to be able to kill it.

I was getting Death Ray at level 36 and these were EM and T these are at least 36-39 not 31-34.
These guys are great XP for levels 29 to probably 31 or 32 at the entrance to Attohwa Chasm. Zone in from Shakrami Maze and camp on the hill leading down into the first room. Several spawn there so you won't have to go far.
These are BLM types so try to stick Silence as often as possible. They will hit you with Poisonga, AoE Paralyze, Petrification and an attack called Death Ray that hits really hard. They also have a regen ability that they will use several times during battle.
Be ready with Poisona, Paralyna and a good dedicated healer, though, and the XP should roll right in.

I'm sure that this guy doesn't drop Firaga III. They probably mean Hakutaku who is of the Hecteyes but he lives in Den of Rancor. The other two mobs that drop are both lv 70 or so.

I'm a 43WHM/BLM and these check out at easy prey. There's no way they are any lower than level 42, or they would check out as "Too weak to be worthwhile". Please correct me if I am mistaken.
You are mistaken. At level 43, mobs your own level con as even match, mobs 1-4 levels below you will con as decent challenge, and mobs 5-11 levels below you will con as easy prey.

Hecteyes in Attowa Chasm are higher than 34. They check Tough to my 36RNG

Has anyone actually found a Firaga III scroll on one of these? I just killed like 4732402379 of them over the past couple hours and all I got were mercury and hecteyes eyes, and that's with TH2 since I was on 61 THF.
I'm thinking they don't drop it and it's a mistake on the webpage. I can't imagine such a low level mob dropping a level 69 item. Has anyone found one on a Hecteyes?

This lil ******* tried to chase me one time but I ran and ran to Xacabard stupid thing. I might just go bak to get revenge and try to get Firaga 3

These also drop Hecteyes Eye and Mercury.
