I got Mysterious Light as 50BLU/25 in Middle part of tower took me 3 Pots before i got it. it looks amazing. have fun and good luck!

woot yea i got it, took me 3, on 3rd i got it. i was 50BLU/25WHM, very easy for me to kill them

Im goin in for my BLU spells, here the, think i can take both the pots and dolls as a lvl 37blu/whm18?

i killed like 100-120 pots yesterday, got a good amount of shards (they drop really easily) and mercury, but never got the scroll drop.

These are pretty easy to @ 47Rng/23Thf. Atleast compared to the Magic Urns, those things hit hard >.<
Their drop rate is good for me, its their spawn time that isn't. Like 5-10 minutes, though I did seem to think that their spawn time was about 6 minutes, giving me enough time to grab about 6 of them and some Panzer Dolls as well ^_^

i am a 30rdm and i was wondering if i could solo this with my 10blm subbed, or if i subbed war, which is at lvl 24, or if i could solo it at all
Probably not.
The thing casts pretty hard. I soloed one at 40 with a fully leveled sub, and the magic hit me hard. You also don't have Stoneskin yet (or do you... I don't remember. hehe) and you don't have Phalanx yet, so he's going to be hitting you pretty hard.
Not to mention he'll probably still be descent to you.
I'd wait 5 - 10 levels and go at him then.

There are two types of Magic Pots with exact same name at the tower. One at lower levels, and the other at about Lv68-70. I don't know if the lower level ones drop the RDM Testimony, but it seems that it would be the Lv68-70 Magic Pots at the Upper Levels (Beyond and Above Rank 4 Mission level) that will actually drop the testimony.
There has to be some mistake. The Testimony items are what are required to complete the final level cap (genkai) quest, and in general drop off level 70+ mobs. It doesn't make sense either way for a level 28-29 mob to drop these, or else RDMs have the easiest time of all jobs entering the genkai 5 fight as many times as they need to.

And that's such a bad thing?? The RDM Maat fight is one of the hardest ones to be done. Chainspell in the hands of the enemy is lethal. And you cant just go RDM/DRK and chainspell-stun HIS Chainspell... cuz... you cant be 74, or have a sub :p

Not necessarily true. If you look at most of the Testimonies, they drop off of a few high monsters, and 1 low one. This is so that soloing the monsters is possible, but you can also grab one while you're out leveling.
Failure rates are high on most of the Maat fights, so I assume SE made it so that this option is open to people. Still doesn't make sense/fair that this option is open to level 70ish players for thier limit break, but the first 3 limits are hell.
