i hate him, been here for the past 4 days.

Camped for 14 hours straight, popped N,W,S Shadows during the first 2 hours, ES popped at the 14hr mark. 1/1 I peed a little.

OMFG FML!!~ Camped for 2 hrs then went tobed for 8hrs. Woke up and camped for 10 mins and POP!!!! There was also a lag spike so i couldn't even move towards the Eastern Sadow!!! The damn Eastern Shadow started to att the other camper during the lag spike!!....

Finally got this thing, im convinced that TH has no effect on this, and it will drop once every 8-10 days.

Pretty sure TH has no affect on this drop like you said. But the one drop every 8-10 days thing isnt right, as I have 17 kills in a row. 0/17 :(
Also ES drops a revival tree root every time. Not listed here.

Despite having camped this guy this in the past, once for about a week, and several attempts after maintenances, I finally got lucky after the July maintenance.
A few hours after the completion of the July maintenance I was camping and he poped. but another guy claimed, so i took ToD and logged. Next day my buddy claimed, no drop, I logged.
The next day skipped sky event to camp. After killing 3-4 placeholders 1 min. before the next pop, my laptop overheated and shutdown, I'm like OMFGWTF. Log back in and there he is Eastern Shadow chilling out right in front of me uncontested. Claim, link, 2HR, I die, rng/nin.
Now i'm really like OMFGTGFOGOD/SEHATESME, which to nin/war, haul *** back up to Fei'yin, thank god for nin speed boots, hes still chillin with his drk specter friend, claim,link,drop! woohoo finally VALI'S BOW
Moral is keep trying everyone can't be there all the time, link on rng/nin and die.

2/3 would be great, but that would be the best luck I've seen in this game.

Currently camping this guy with my buddy. 75DRK/SAM and his 67RNG/NIN <Ifrit Server>
I'm 0/4 and this is the first time he's camped it.
But still It's better then farming the gil =/

I have been camping since Saturday night @11pm when I decided to go there to get for my 70RNG, dual boxing my RNG and my 75SAM I stood there for 18hrs straight no sleep killing Spectres until it finally spawned. Killed but no drop, was dissapointed but ok because no one else has ToD.
Next day I get there @7am ready to camp thankful no one else will no window....
SE has a nice emergency maint, So of course all the people to lazy to get ToD the hard way show up. 6hrs+ into window server goes down and it hadn't spawned.
Get on after maint and it spawns roughly 2hrs after. Lose claim which hardly ever happens to me but I was like oh well guess I'll be back tomorow.
So show up tues. morning and am the only one there for a few hours then the person that claimed yesterday decides that it's about time to start camping, Oddly enough he claims befor it even spawned on my screen. This happens alot at Kings and what not but when theres only 2 people in the zone highly unlikely.
Sitting here now with what I believe is an AFK RDM, praying for a spawn prior to competition showing up or the RDM comes back from afk.
Slept 14hrs since Thursday, 0/3 West 0/3 South 0/3 North 0/1 East 0/1 Cassie 3/4 Simurgh 0/2 Mysticmaker 0/1 Lord of Onzozo 0/4 Hoo Mjuu the Torrent
So overall lucky I guess on 3 pairs of Trotter boots, but this is really the only thing I care about now. Wish me luck, thanks for reading I guess... I am just trying to stay awake at this point, Nick News came out /stabeye

0/12 on this NM in a 2 week peroid have seen 3 other people get theirs /cry. I've never seen this pop in the very begining of the window usually within 19-20hrs and the latest I've seen it pop has been 24hrs and 45 mins. /sigh hopefully I get it soon =P
