Vana'diel Bestiary: Quagmire Pugil  

General Information

• Spawns when a player in possession of the Clear Abyssite key item rests in range of its current location in the zones of East Ronfaure, East Ronfaure (S), Jugner Forest, or Jugner Forest.

• After defeating a Quagmire Pugil, it is possible for the Clear Abyssite key item to change into a Colorful Abyssite key item.

• Immune to Bind, Gravity, and Sleep. Susceptible to Stun, Slow, and Paralysis.

Quagmire Pugil's Special Attacks

• Screwdriver: Single target critical hit physical damage.

• Intimidate: Frontal cone AoE Slow effect.

• Aqua Ball: AoE Water based magic damage with an additional Strength Down effect (Circle of effect originates from attack target).

• Water Shield: Self target Evasion Boost (Effect can be dispelled).

• Water Wall: Self target Defense Boost (Effect can be dispelled).

• Splash Breath: Frontal cone AoE Water based magic damage.
