The pic is posted on all the Spriggans, although I think it's just a pic of the WAR Spriggan due to the Great Sword.

Forget it's special attacks - it hit me for 243 damage when I accidentally got aggro - I'm a L54 RDM
Tends to whoop your *** with it's special attacks.

I can and will confirm that spriggans drop coffer key. I just got 1, may be helpful for large groups or alliances since no AOE but may want NIN tank as Dimensional death can be quite painful
