The unfished-up mantas in Sea Serpent Grotto drop a manta skin, as well as kindred seals.
Devil Manta do drop Angel Skin, but only ones that are fished up.
I've heard that this monster is the next monster fished up 15 minutes after either the last kill or the last fish up.
It does, in fact, drop Angel Skin.

Also dropes Angel Skin, used for the Hectacomb synthesis... used to be 2.3 million on Hades but the Gilsellers droped it to 1 million ;_;
The ones in Sea Serpent's Grotto don't drop skin.
I was killing these solo to pop chary as 69 brd
