I got this from the lv2 Assault: Lamia no.13.
Strat goes as follows, you need 3 people; RDM RDM NIN, Or RDM BRD NIN. The RDM sleepgas the charmed people, and dispells their charm, then the NIN vokes lamia and the RDM/BRDs buff them, while the Nin DDs. If she happens to recharm them, (the move is belly dance IIRC) sleepga to kill NINs shadows, and one mage kites lamia, while other uncharms nin and wakes him up, when nin has hate, dispel the trooper, wizard, and other thing, and repeat.
The "pets" will pretty much do the killing for you if they stay uncharmed.

This is a possible result of appraising '??? Bow,' which drops in Lv.2 Ilrusi Atoll assault, and possibly others.
How do you make this?? or where can you get it??
most likely from assaults, but I won't say for certain
i believe it comes from or is available from the items
