One you use the Shock Subligar, Ice Trousers or Blaze Hose, you will gain a elemental spike effect button in buff/debuff bar at the top.
This effect will last for 3 minutes (5 min recast) and will -NOT- wear off when you change gear.
Further more, the spikes from this gear are very potent and hit for a good 7-9 points of damage on each hit.
The activation of Stun for this particular piece of gear is about equal to, or a little below, what a mage casting this would get. Nothing too bad.
