I was able to get 3 Reishi Mushrooms, here's how:
Porcelain Pot
Planted sapling on Lightsday, WNG 62%
1st feeding: Ice crystal on Iceday, WXC 29%
2nd feeding: No crystal
Harvested: Darksday, WXC 7%
Planted the seed at about 1:30 am on a Saturday.
3 weeks, 3 1/2 days later on Tuesday about 5:30 pm I harvested.
Hope this is specific enough for you =)
UPDATE: 5 IS POSSIBLE!!!

The light ore is what I was trying to grow only one but hey I still got 6 more seeds left and Already this is the easiest 22.6 Million I ever made. how did I do that you ask? find a level 100 Goldsmith and pay him 1 million to turn the 19 gold leaves into Gold Nuggets or do it yourself.

I see how you could have made about a mil (1 Gold Leaf = 9-12 Nuggets), assuming you had a 100 Alchemist friend willing to do it for free, but not how you could have made 22 mil.
So, 19 Leaves would = 192 Nuggets, costing 19 Panacea to make.
6 Nuggets + 1 Ore = 1 Ingot (192 Nuggets = 32 Ingots)
1 Ingot = 100,000 each
Panacea = 80,000 each
Ore = 25,000 each
Sum:
3,200,000gil - Ingot Selling Price
- 1,520,000gil - Panacea Cost
- 800.000gil - Gold Ore Cost
--------------------------
880,000 gil Profit?
So, 19 Leaves would = 192 Nuggets, costing 19 Panacea to make.

I grew a lot of these althougt the results vary from time to time. In any way you get Watermelons or fire Crystals if not Reishi mushroom. (Occasionnaly I got some blue rocks, happened 3 times only) This is my best result so far:

I got mine growing watermelons,
Planted Fruit seeds on Watersday,
water crystal on Watersday,
water crystal on Watersday,
Harvested one on Lightsday.
This is based on 4 pots, all brass I believe,
the other 3 gave me a total of 23 watermelons.
(I make my own melon juice in the field)
