WW cap is not 61.. I just HQed one at 29+1 WW (adv support) and its only walnut lumber anyway.. I got lucky on HQ.. but still.. no way its 61.. more like.. 30. I doubt smithing cap is even 61, all other mythril items cap no higher than 48 for the scyth.. why would this be 12 lvls higher.. this info is wrong. Do not use it.
90 smithing if you need reassurance.
