Before the level cap was raised to 75, RDM could learn this spell at level... what was it? 73? It was even on the spell scroll description.
But the same update that raised the cap from 70 to 75 also made Cure V WHM-only.

That's wrong, it was available after they raised the level cap, and a few weeks later it was changed.

This spell is NOT in the Windurst Port or Waters magic shops.
What spell scrolls are available will depend on Windurst's place in Conquest for that week.

Yes. One its "features" is that it causes almost no hate.
I just want to point out that certain mobs are programmed to hate certain spells more than others. If you were to PL someone and spam say Cure II or III you wouldn't get any hate to a level 3 mob... but if you spam just Cure you will get hate. You will also notice that certain mobs HATE cure or casting certain spells alot more than others.

It's not an aggro magnet, but only if it's used towards the end of a fight. It IS an MP hog though. It's really useful when the tank is low on HP, very low, otherwise it's uneconomical.
I seen it used on the pirate ships, about the only place at that... I always recieve Cure IV...

Have you ever even seen this spell be used? Its a good spell in a scenario where a level 55+ could use some healing...so maybe at your low level its useless...
you Do realize, you get it at lvl.61. So either way your already 55+ -.-;
