Talk to Cid in his lab in Bastok Metalworks.
Buy or craft a 'Darksteel Ingot'. Next, go to Ordelle's Caves and view a cutscene. Go as far into the caves as you can (don't know POS) and fall through the hole. See the ???
Trade the 'Darksteel Ingot' to the ??? to get Gerwitz's Axe to spawn. Kill it, and you will get an Axe.
There's another ??? here. Trade the Axe you just go to make an NM called Gerwitz's Sword appear. You will get a Sword.
Find another ??? and trade that sword. Another NM called Gerwitz's Soul will spawn. Kill it.
Leave the caves by the zone where the Napalms are and watch the cutscene. You now have the boots. Have fun ;)

So wheres the quest for these bad boys in the archives. I only see Drk Coffer but does that cover all of the Drk AF gear?
The quest is Dark Puppet, begins in Bastok.
