Latent Effect... Interesting. I wonder what the requirements for the Refresh effect are. If it only works at low hp or certain job/sub combo's then these things could be sorta lame instead. I'd still take one for the +10 INT tho ^_^

Ninja sub + Dual Wield = +20 int from weapons alone...not bad, considering at lvl 75, Int is 1 higher with a NIN sub, than with a WHM sub...
