Why is it that these sell for less than the Centurion's gear. This is slightly better but for some reason sells less than the regular?!
becuase this one cant be used in BCNM 30s so its soley for the fact that the lv 30 one can. also in any situation where the level cap is 30, like Promys.

Do these work if your not from Bastok?
yes they work... the under your own nations control means that if your from windurst and the place that your in is under windurst control then you get the enhancement it doesnt go for just bastok

these things go for 6k on Diabolos
21k-ish on phoenix. There are also Republic cuisses which i have, basicly +1 versions of these. Stats (i think) Def: 19 Agi +2 Areas in Nation: Attack +7 Ranged Attack +7. Those go for about 80k
