The smithing level cap is level 85.
these went from 600k at one point on fairy, to 210k now..bastok is in last...why the drop?

Because of the RNG nerf a lot of the population dropped,decreasing the want/need for these.
The recipe for a +1 is a NQ recipe using the normal Musk Gun, the HQ version is a +2. The normal Musk Gun is obtained through CP points from bastok when it is in 1st place.
Your lucky its that cheap, Bastok hasnt been in first place on my server in ages and it cost me 380k.

How is this weapon created? I saw the price change from 65k to 90k recently and somebody said it had to do with Bastok moving out of 1st place.
