Edit: Guess I should have explained that since my attempt at humor was rated down...
Due to the way H2H damage is calculated, you would risk losing ~30 points of damage per punch if you used these over cross counters. The str and vit are modifiers for your final WS's, but that's completely irrelevant since you would lose so much damage per punch while getting TP.

These are used to farm. With the Subtle Blow +1 the mob will gain about .5% TP so they will use thier weapon skills against you less often.
this weapon is not good for end game mnks

and weapon damage is before any other sub mutiples

STR and VIT are the multipliers for both Dragon Kick and Asuran Fists. I'd like to see these versus Spartan or Indras for both of those weaponskills...

Shiva's Claws are dmg+11 acc+8 int+3 dly+60 plus paralysis effect.
alot of mnks that high use the shiva claws, i think they are like damage +16 or +18, acc +8 and like a delay of around +60

This looks like an amazing set of cesti! +8 might not seem like much dmg, but it's only +36 dmg, and with the add to Subtle Blow, you won't get near as much hate.
These things suck. I wouldn't use them if you paid me to.
I would like to point out that Subtle Blow has no impact on enmity at all. It only affects TP gained by a mob when you hit it.
It gives a subtle blow. Sorry, couldn't resist. Doesn't look bad, but I'm pretty sure there's better around.
