It is 40,000 GP by the way. Not 50,000.
My guess is that once FFXI:TAU comes out this will be used to make the "Jug" pets for Necromancer. The Lamia is obviously a Necromancer-job monster so we should get it too. You will probably use Bone Ensorcellment to craft un-dead jugs out of bones and meat. So I just have to make sure I have 50000 points ready and waiting by the time the new expansion comes out.

You probably have Bone Purification. If you did get bone Ensorcellment, when did you get it??? At 100? You only get new things to buy with GP after you raise your craft rank, and you can't raise you're rank after Veteran...
This just doesn't exist ... I can't get it, even though my bonecraft level is Veteran.
