1/1/2009 - Today I finally made up my mind to look for this Eastern paper. I was running like a mad man on Sauromugue Champaign After 45 minutes of hunting, Eastern paper finally dropped.! Got reward 4k. I am happy because I can clear out those ex rare items in my moghouse.

I know you have to have completed Chapter 3 of Chains of Promathia to get this quest activated by the client in Ru' Luede Gardens.
